Shipping Your Order
We ship out all of our products (In stock items) within 48 hours after payment has clears.
Return
Springtree Flooring, Inc. has a satisfaction guarantee of our products for 10 days after the buyer received their goods. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all return after 30 days. All return must be in their original box unopen. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for all return.
Cancellations
All cancellation orders must cancel prior for shipping. After the shipment has been pick up by the freight company, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the returm goods to be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense.
Replacements and Damage
Please inspect your order when it arrives. look for damaged corners etc... If any visable defects or broken box, please have your delivery person make a note in the Bill of Landing or receipt. A good idea to take a picture of it for reference.

We try our best to display the correct images for our customers. All images we display can be affects by your monitor. Always ask for a free sample to see the actual product before place an order.
