Springtree  Flooring warrants its All Bamboo , Hardwood and Laminated Plank, in its original manufactured state, to be free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, grading and finish for a lifetime. Springtree further warrants that, even when installed on a radiant heated concrete sub floor, it will not buckle, cup or warp when properly installed and maintained in accordance with Springtree  installation instructions

Residential: 25 years for all bamboo and Hardwood Flooring                    20 years for all Laminate Flooring   Commerical: 3 years warranty for all laminate Flooring                     2 years warranty for all Bamboo and hardwood Flooring   Springtree  Flooring warrants its “aluminum oxide” surface wear layer will not wear through to the underlying  bamboo for Twenty-five (25) years for residential and 10 years for light commercial, from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser (residential only).   Wear Layer Warranties exclude any indentations, scratches or surface damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, negligence, spiked heel shoes, water, erosion, pebbles, sand, commercial use, other abrasives or insufficient protection on furniture.
