We ship out all of our products within 48 hours after payment has cleared.

|
Springtree Flooring has a satisfaction guarantee of our products for 10 days after the buyer received their goods. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all return goods after 30 days and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS |
|
All cancellation orders must cancel prior to shipping. After the shipment has been pick up by our freight
company, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the return goods to be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense.

REPLACEMENTS AND DAMAGES |
|
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Look for damaged corners etc... If any visable defects or broken box, please have your delivery person make a note in the Bill of landing or receipt.
